OUR TEAM
Our team of volunteers is comprised of poets and educators who devote their time on an "as available " basis because of their shared burden for youth and their desire to be a part of providing a voice for this country's young people.
Our founder and director Mr. Dwight Edward Dieter is a published poet and award-winning song lyricist whose vision and devotion to this organization has led us these many years to a point where we can say "We know that we have touched lives through poetry".
We pride ourselves in selecting only the finest poetry from every contest for our publications. Over and over again, our top winners have proven our basic theory that the best students write the best poetry.

It is this commitment to excellence that, for over two decades has solidified our spot as the premier poetry venue among legitimate high school poets. The Easterday Poetry Award is among the most selective in high school poetry circles.

Since 1998 we have given away over $50,000 in scholarship awards and published over 50,000 poets, many for the very first time.
